Within their fair participation Vodafone focused on the performance of the next generation LTE mobile phones, as well as on their convergent product range for small and medium-sized enterprises and innovative solutions for the growth market machine-to-machine communication.
The WT area in the Future Corner of the booth showed in how far wearable devices from the medical sector, but also from sports and lifestyle, have the potential to change life using LTE-technology, and it showed what is possible already today with Wearable Technologies.
Presentation highlights were, apart from Bodytel’s health care products, the G-Cell ski glove with hands-free equipment, the prototype of a ski jacket with integrated camera which sends live pictures to you mobile phone, a mini-solar-cell for direct recharging your mobile phone, and the Liquid Image ski goggles with integrated HD-widescreen-camera.
Over 3,000 Vodafone business customers visited pavillon 32 of the world’s leading digital industry event and made it ‘one of the best CeBIT events ever’ as Jan Geldmacher, Chief Commercial Officer Enterprise at Vodafone Deutschland, sums it up.
