The Wearable Technologies Platform will be part of MEDICA, the world’s largest medical trade fair in Düsseldorf/Germany, for the first time!

The Health Care market holds enormous potential for Wearable Technologies. Wearable medical devices are becoming essential when it comes to flexible and remote patient monitoring. This also the opinion of Don Jones of Qualcomm, who estimates that by 2014 Americans will use over 400 million wearable medical devices.

MEDICA, which takes place November 17-19, 2010, offers exhibitors and partners of Wearable Technologies a great opportunity to present their products and solutions to the expert audience in hall 15 at booth C05.

The following companies are going to be part of the Wearable Technologies Platform at MEDICA 2010: ARS Software GmbH, Bluetooth SIG, Bodytel Europe GmbH, CDTM Center for Digital Technology and Management, Connect Blue GmbH, CSEM Centre Suisse d´Electronique et de Microtechnique SA, Laird Technologies, Sybase iAnywhere, Tembit Software GmbH, TexRay Industrial Co., LTD, Universität Passau - Projekt Monarca, Varta Microbattery GmbH.
